What is keyword density?
Keyword density is a ratio for the amount of times a keyword or keyphrase appears in comparison to the total amount of words in the page. A good keyword density is positive, but a high keyword density can damage your ranking considering that the spiders (GoogleBot, YahooSlurp, MSNbot, etc) will see the webpage as either a link farm or a spam page trying to get good search results.

A link farm by definition is “...A link farm is a form of spamming the index of a search engine (sometimes called spamdexing or spamexing). ...”, and according to Google's Webmaster Guidelines under the Quality Guidelines Basic Principles, it states “Don't participate in link schemes designed to increase your site's ranking or PageRank. In particular, avoid links to web spammers or "bad neighborhoods" on the web, as your own ranking may be affected adversely by those links. “

So after verifying my page was so low without any keywords using meta tags I decided to improve the keyword density in my webpage.
“A SEO(Search Engine Optimisation) Consultant is someone who will verify your webpage, your rankings on a search engine, and try and produce better search results for your company. What is the point of having a nice looking webpage if people can't find you?”. After these changes my keyword density was looking like this.

I also changed a bit more words in the page, to give a bit more density on the word “SEO”. The reason I did this, is I have choosen on the keyword searches I want to be found with.
